Pandora
Before Spotify and Apple Music became big, Pandora music was the "go-to" music streaming service. Pandora was the first mortal woman to be involved in Greek mythology. She was formed out of clay created by Zeus. Pandora was described as “a sweet, lovely, maiden-shape, like to the immortal goddesses in face” by Hephaestus. One of Pandora's major accomplishments was her opening the jar which saved the human race. Pandora is the meaning of "all gifts" in Greek, which I think is relevant to the Pandora music streaming service. I think they named it Pandora because you could listen to all types of music on Pandora basically resembling "all gifts." After doing some research, I also found that they also used her name as a marketing scheme, they knew that people would know the name, Pandora-making Pandora music very popular due to the name recognition.
