While reading my favorite graphic novel, Alan Moore's
Watchmen, I noticed a saying that was printed in several parts. The saying was, "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?" Translating to "who watches the watchmen", this phrase fits the story quite well. It is used to convey the message of fearing authority, especially from those who take it into their own hands.
