Chimera Disorder

Chimera disorder is the condition where individual organisms are formed from two or more zygotes, giving them features that are derived from both genes. This could range from having blood cells of different blood types to, if the zygotes were of different genders, the possession of both gender's genitalia. The term "chimera" is from the Mediterranean mythology of a chimera, which was a mythological beast which possessed the heads of a lion and a goat, as well as a tail that was a snake's body and head. This beast is mentioned in the by Homer in the Iliad as "a thing of immortal make, not human, lion-fronted and snake behind, a goat in the middle". Throughout time, the term chimera has been adapted to be attributed to any creature that is a mixture of 2 or more different animals. Take Fullmetal Alchemist, for  example. Chimeras are a common occurrence in this show, and they have been seen to be mixtures of dogs, cats, birds, lions, and even humans at later points in the series. Chimera Disorder has been called "Chimera" because it is a mixture of two or more zygotes, creating a mixture of phenotypes that can be seen as a real life chimera.
