The trojan horse is the decoy that the Greeks used to be able to enter the city of Troy. about a 10-year war the Greeks constructed a huge wooden horse and were able to hide a force of men inside of it to be able to attack later. The Greeks left the horse at the gates of Troy and sailed away. After the Trojans brought the horse through their gates and the Greeks sailed away, the men inside the house came out and conquered Troy, winning the war. Anything with the name “Trojan Horse” has now become known as something that is to trick or fool the target. Computer malware is called “Trojan Horse” or “Trojan” because it tricks the user into allowing it to run programs on the person's computer. This name is accurate because it does exactly what the Greeks did within Troy. I think that thi8s virus has the perfect name because it is misleading and that is exactly how the Greeks were able to win the war, by misleading the Trojans to allow them in. The computer malware and the Greeks were discussed and by the time the owner of the computer knows what is up, it is too late
and the malware is already on the computer.
